At Guilty Pleasure, we are committed to providing efficient and transparent logistics. Below are our shipping policies, rate calculation methods, and delivery options dedicated to our B2B clients.

1. Shipping Rates Calculation

Guilty Pleasure does not provide free shipping (porto franco). Shipping costs are not fixed; instead, they are automatically calculated by the system based on the total weight and volume of the items in your cart.

2. Surcharges for Special Locations (ZTL and Remote Areas/RAS)

Standard shipping rates apply to deliveries across the main national territory. Rate adjustments or surcharges may apply, calculated upon entering the delivery address, for:

  • Deliveries within ZTL (Limited Traffic Zones) or historical city centers.

  • Deliveries to Minor Islands, Remote, or Inaccessible Areas (RAS).

These additional costs are applied directly by the logistics carriers and will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

3. Multi-Warehouse Shipping (Split Orders)

To ensure maximum product availability, Guilty Pleasure operates from multiple logistics warehouses.

If the purchased products are sourced from different locations, the final shipping cost will be the sum of the specific individual shipments required to move the goods from each respective warehouse.

  • Full Transparency at Checkout: Inside the shopping cart, before proceeding to payment, the Customer will see the product list clearly divided by departure location, along with the detailed breakdown of each associated shipping cost.

4. Service Types: Standard vs. Express

The Customer has full flexibility to select the most suitable delivery method and rate based on their budget or urgency requirements during checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: The most cost-effective option, with standard delivery times provided by the carrier.

  • Express Shipping: The priority option. By selecting this rate, the order will be processed and handed over to the courier with absolute priority by our warehouse (priority processing begins upon actual receipt of the advance bank transfer).

Please note, as stated in our General Terms and Conditions, that delivery times provided by carriers are strictly indicative and non-binding for the Seller.
